I went here for the first time and received a burnt pizza. They saw my review. I got full refund and a gift certificate to come back and try it again. I got the same pizza but added pepperoni. It was 1000 times better. This time it was baked perfectly and my mom loved it. She was able to eat a few slices. I definitely want to come back and try the kale Caesar salad. Great improvement.

Imani our server was fantastic super knowledgeable about the wine’s. Atmosphere was top notch and the pizza is fresh with great dough and crunch just like I like. Highly recommend the olive oil cake desert as well. My wife and I are huge foodies so we are especially picky and judgy and this one still blew us away!

This Place has a Very Unique Menu with some Pizza and Toppings that You may find at other Pizza Locations but are premium in quality. Kale Salad is Delicious. I have been to this Location Three Times and Tried 3 of their Signature Pizzas. ALL WERE FANTASTIC in both taste and Quality. The Grandad, The Glory & Best White Pizzas were the ones I tried and definitely was not disappointed. Staff is very Pleasant and Personable. Location is a Small Location and very Intimate with Tables normally for two or a couple of Booths for groups of about 4 or 5 depending in the Size of the Person. Have a Small Bar with some seating but with this location reservation are not only recommended but in a must because Walk-ins are nearly impossible to get a Table. Reservations had been about two months out but recently depending on the day You may find one. Plan Accordingly 💯

Top 3 pizzas in the city. Just know to order the day before or pray for a reservation to eventually open up 3 months from now. Overall this Pizza taste GOOD. All the ingredients are incredibly flavorful and fresh and you can taste the quality. I ordered a pepperoni pie and a white pie with onion and kale. Both hit all the notes mentioned above on flavor. Pepperonis had great flavor and texture and the cheese and sauce gave a good a contrast to bring the flavor to the next level. The white pie had incredible notes of acidity from the onions and this rich flavor from the olive oil and cheese. The kale on top was slightly crunchy which I enjoyed thoroughly and it fit well on the pie. I will say Im a texture over taste guy so thats where I wish these pies did better because they are heavy with a thicker crust. Saying that wow does the crust taste good. Slight sweet with a artisan bread taste and texture on the outside. And the most impressive part was it was cheaper than 99% of pies would get at this level. Less than $25 for each pie. This is a place I could come back again. Just know if you show up unannounced cross your fingers or be prepared to wait and look for parking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bird Pizzeria truly lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was on point. It was stylish, welcoming, and set the tone for a great night. The service was just as good. Tatiana was our waitress and she was amazing. Super attentive, friendly, and every recommendation she made was a hit. If Tatiana suggests a menu item, trust her and order it. The food was outstanding. The Grandad pizza was *chef’s kiss*. And yes, the viral Caesar salad is absolutely worth it. The drinks were also on point and paired perfectly with the food. Bird Pizzeria delivers across the board. Great food, great drinks, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. We will definitely be back. IG: FoodPlugRy
